Rates:

Rates are based on time and/or the complexity of the work being done.

In some cases, a high quality three song demo could be completed for under $200.

Recording labor:
Live recording, with minimal mix-down $20/hr.

Multi-track recording $50 per song, 3 song minimum. (Based on 2hrs recording, 1hr mix time per song)

Offsite Mix-down:
After tracks are captured, they must be mixed down to stereo.

First mix is FREE, which includes one free round of adjustments.
I'll create the mix, and provide you a sample. If there are changes you would like, I'll adjust the mix accordingly.

Additional mix adjustments are $10/song plus $25/hr of mix time.

One audio CD-R containing your final mix is included free.
One data CD-R containing .mp3 copies also included free.

Travel, expenses, misc:
Additional CD-R copies are available for $3.00 each.
Travel beyond 25 miles of Stillwater MN is charged at $1.25/mile.
Any necessary expenses incurred during production are the responsibility of the client.
All time is rounded up to the nearest hour, and billed in 1 hour increments.
Minimum charge of $100.
Payment due upon project completion. Recordings are released to artist after payment in full is received.
